Thanh

A wood elf and a rogue shikarist.

They have a prim demeanor befitting of a bladesinger, contrasted by flashes of an unorthodox style. Once a friend of the Lau parent Lau Hao-yu, Thanh was recruited first as the mentor of Lau Zhilan and later of Loveless.

Overall, Thanh is a pristine and stern individual. They hold themself to a high standard and impart their teachings or the ethics of a bladesinger upon others. Though voicing the value in tradition, Thanh at time hints at their own quiet conflict with the standards of the time.

Thanh is married to two spouses: Mahsud Ilaldi and Lang Min, with whom they have raised two grown children: Qiu and Fen. Thanh also houses Zhilan following the loss of her family and childhood home.

Bladesong

Thanh's bladesong has a literal gravitational pull: the light bends and halos around them. They have shown themself capable of sharply adjusting gravity to either throw attacks or lend them additional force. Their unfamiliar spells deal in intense and deadly force.

Within the Campaign

The Salesman

Thanh met Liutubang in the Drains, while reacting to a demonic attack against the Hellbenders and the Flameskulls. They were severely injured in the fight, but brought back in by Loveless. Thanh showed a willingness to intervene on a fight they were far outclassed in to protect civilians, but thanked Liutubang for their necessary aid.

Thanh witnessed the death and immediate revivification of Vic'tel. They are aware of the party's skillsets and status as rogue shikarists.

Vampire Bites

Thanh would cooperate with Liutubang again later. After their description was read in the attempted rescue of a civilian victim, the rabbits reached out to compare notes and catch each other up on the situation. They brought their former student, Lau Zhilan, to the meeting with assurances that she was competent and would be able to assist in the investigation.

Sect Officials

Thanh withheld aid from Liutubang during their court trial. They act cordially with Liutubang following their establishment as a formal sect.
