Elendril’s salvation came at the hands of Guy the Grateful, who tracked the Valorant across the Silver Veil Sea. Determined to free the tormented spirit of Elendril and the enslaved souls aboard, Guy confronted Captain Ulric in a fierce and harrowing battle. Wielding the strength of his divine bond with Zirael (aka Goldbrand), the Golden Dragon, Guy slew Ulric and shattered the curse that bound the ship.
Freed from his torment, Elendril's soul was finally afforded peace, though he could not return to his beloved Alana after all...
