In Search For The Silver Dragon, Taboo was in Khazalet, a common location for him due to his relationship with the Roc's Nest. He sold potions and lesser magic items to Tobias Villie Broadnose Cogsmith, Ajuni Elajoral, Marcus Cromwell, and Mormeros Fayan in preparation for their upcoming quest. He caught the eye of Mormeros, himself a Devilborn merchant, but their two personalities were extremely different and Taboo quickly lost interest.
A purveyor of goods for the Starlit Hand, Taboo was often seen in remote regions across Commona selling illicit goods in back-alley locations. A Devilborn Elf with a dangerous, magical aura and a proclivity for being creepy, he was immediately recognizable to nearly all of his customers, though they could never ascertain if he was friend or foe.
Somehow, Taboo had been seen in Starlit Hand locations across the entirety of Somnum, though only a few adventurers who traveled far and wide knew this secret. The tiefling refused to speak on the matter, or of the magic that seemingly allowed him to be in so many places at once.
