Taboo

A purveyor of goods for the Starlit Hand, Taboo was often seen in remote regions across Commona selling illicit goods in back-alley locations. A Devilborn Elf with a dangerous, magical aura and a proclivity for being creepy, he was immediately recognizable to nearly all of his customers, though it was impossible to ascertain if he was friend or foe.

Somehow, Taboo had been seen in Starlit Hand chapters across the entirety of Somnum, though only a few Adventurers who traveled far and wide knew this secret. The tiefling refused to speak on the matter, or of the magic that seemingly allowed him to be in so many places at once.
