Uzuk Drumbeater

This character is dead.
Great Chief

Uzuk Drumbeater was a historic figure, who's legend was passed down through oral tradition since the Age of Giants. Rising to prominence when Giants pushed westward from the Body of the Greatwyrm into the Neck, the Great Chief united scattered Orc tribes into a single horde, bound by his will and the sound of the Thrakmuk'Krum. With every thunderous strike, his warriors fought without fear, throwing themselves against foes many times their size.

Against impossible odds, Uzuk’s host broke the giants and drove them back, securing the highlands for his people and carving his name into history. The Neck was named the "Uzuklands" were named in his honor, a lasting monument to his triumph. He would later die in mysterious and conflicting accounts. Most believed he was killed by illness, though some tales declared he was killed in a raid while asleep. Either way, Thrakmuk'Krum would define the history of the Uzuklands.

Scholars debated on how High Chief Uzuk acquired such a powerful Epochal Artifact; some believed he descended from the Neck eastward, into the Shattered Glass, and found the Drum there. However, no evidence or reliable accounts for this theory were ever found.
