In Mystery Of Wistimere, Quira followed signs of activity to a forest pond, where she watched a group of Adventurers "slay" her as she was chained to an Elteos-dedicated shrine. In rage, she restraining them with entangling Spellcraft; believing them responsible for the plague, she prepared to answer death with death, but halted when their account and evidence suggested a staged scene meant to inflame elven anger. Quira shared with the Vermin what Qudoris had learned, then left to reconvene with her people in grief.
She agreed to delay calls for war and granted the party time to prove Wistimere’s guilt or innocence, which they eventually did. When Mayor Perceval LaPall's crimes were exposed and his confession delivered, Quira’s restraint prevented open conflict and redirected elven fury toward the true architect of the plague, though her life was forever changed after her sister's death.
