Shegan commanded a tribe of Orcs, two dozen strong at their largest. They traveled around the Underground, between the surface and Qir'ellan'alak raiding, fighting, and surviving. They encountered Daisy Dewdown on their travels who convinced a legion of Goldguard that the tribe did not commit any pillaging of a nearby settlement and avoided a dangerous encounter for the Orcs. Grateful, they invited her to their tribe.
In Qir'ellan'alak, the group had a tense standoff with Bill's Bimbos after they attempted to kill Daisy Dewdown. Ultimately, the group left town when Daisy Dewdown narrowly avoided bonding with Swansong.
On the 19th of Tamtir, Bill's Bimbos found the group again, now in the snowy wilds east of Duvonte. He warned the party to leave and had no knowledge of their claim that the Orcs had captured Calliope. A fight ensued, and Shegan died to a fireball from Nesdin. With his leadership vaporized, the tribe fractured and fled the battle, and Daisy Dewdown was left at the mercy of Bill's Bimbos.
