Session Summary
- Chark fell asleep in a tree while waiting for students to arrive to help out businesses in Khoonda before the Chasuka festival.
- There were three tasks that needed covered; a bar shift at the Kinrath’s Corner, teach some children at the local school for a few hours, and help reorganize
- Tibbanablast in order to temporarily house Vibro-Jo’s, which was being fumigated. After these Chark had prepared a special challenge.
- Bar gig first, D’karo did a great job cooking but left a big mess for the next shift, Vivi found her calling as a waitress, Eyton taught the regular bouncer how to actually bounce people, Felix almost started a barfight by serving a patron an insane drink (tbf Chark downed one like it was water), and Darro watched and pretended to work.
- Teaching came next, where we helped cover a class while a bunch of teachers were out sick. Darro did a lightsaber demonstration and did not injure any kids at all. D’karo taught some basic first aid then Eyton told stories of being a pilot (and then bored them with ship specs), Vivi did some close up magic with them and proved she is a true wizard and then Felix did the best job and put them in activity pods where they practiced art, writing, athletics and napping.
- Last was shopkeeping where Darro and Felix goofed off and “tested” knives by throwing them, D’karo and Eyton actually did the work, and Vivi entertained Allor Zhug so the former two could do the work.
- The special challenge Chark set was to carry heavy backpacks full of Chasuka plants around town and deliver them. Technically it was a time trial, but obviously that meant the first one to finish won. And if anyone moved too slow Chark was wandering the town ready to hit them with sticks. Through superior ingenuity and cunning Felix was the first to finish. Vivi was last but with a caf in hand she didn’t seem to mind. D’karo came in late but he was with Chark after stopping the knight from his shin smacking ways. Eyton and Darro came in the middle and will tell slanderous lies that Felix cheated.
- After a good long day of work Chark took everyone out to the plains for some swoop driving. This made Eyton very happy and she probably thinks the hazing is over. It isn’t.

Paren Shois [friend of Chark Challenge winner, Felix Tri’kronn]: “Kriff that sled was heavy. Ok get in but on the way you gotta tell me what the hell is happening.”
Felix Tri’kronn [winner of the Chark Challenge]: “Ok it's like this… you know how I’m always saying the knights are always giving us these random jobs and then they act like there is some big important lesson behind them? Well today the old man doubled down and gave us four to do in one day. Something about how Jedi are supposed to do big important things but also help in little ways I guess. Which, like, yeah duh can’t be shaking up the galaxy every afternoon, but not really a lesson right?”
P: “Ok but what does that have to do with you carrying around a bag full of plants? And why is there a trolley in the back of my speeder?”
F: “I’m gettin’ there, I’m gettin’ there. So anyway we had to take the day shift over at the Kirath’s Corner, a couple of knuckleheads tried to get in, way too young to drink. This new initiate gave them the boot right quick. Watch out for her, Pantoran, short hair, looks like she knows her way out of a scrap, name’s Eyton. Then we had to go teach the kiddos about whatever, really just doing some babysitting, and then did some clean up over at Tibbanajacked. Oh yeah, got a little souvenir pocket knife while I was in there too.”
P: “Is there a moral to this tale you’re tellin’? Or even a plot?”
F: “Kriff man I’ll get there, you in a hurry? Anyway, Chark takes us to the edge of town like we’re going to head back but there’s these bags here. Says they have Chasuka plants for the festival and now we gotta turn around and deliver them all. Like back where we just came from. And if we are too slow he’s going to beat us with a stick, and that old arm still packs some heat, ya know? I ain’t gettin’ hit but I sure as shit ain’t running all round town with all this. So I can over to that corner market and borrowed his trolley and started doing my deliveries. But then here you are and I know you ain’t got much going on right? So just doing your ol’ pal a favor and helping out the Jedi all in one go. Good deed for the day done.”
P: “So this Chark gave you this task to run these around, don’t you think maybe the running was the point? Like maybe he was trying…”
F: “Ah here we are, last stop. Thanks a million Par, I’ll catch you later right. Owe you one man! Hey would you mind running that sled back to the market?”
P: “Yeah man no prob. Good luck winning your challenge catch ya later!”
[Paren a couple blocks away]: “...hold up what am I deliv… ah kriff whatever, but he owes me for this too.”
