She was purchased by Pack in Curse Of Strahd as an emergency after the Riots Of The Blazing Sun. She joined her previous stablemates Bagel and Lox, towing the party's carnival wagon alongside Verity. When The Pack went to rescue Muriel Vinshaw from Baba Lysaga, Sesame was left tied near a muddy road close to the entrance of Berez when The Pack went to investigate the swamps. After their disastrous combat, none of them returned to collect the horses.
Sesame was killed and eaten the next day by members of Lysaga's witch coven.
