The following places have teleportation circles and have sigils which can be learned:
- Sedesend, Astralreach Academy (one for each Wizard school, Nesdin has evocation)
- Sedesend, Bottled Lightning back room. Paired with one in the Finial Tower for Alden Maelstrom to go between the two.
