Description

Twin sister of Lau Yanmei.

Though Zhilan was her mother's heiress, Meilin was destined to be her mother's successor. Wielding a razor-sharp intellect, an eye for details, and a personable sense of authority, she was the obvious choice for Lau Studios' chief of operations, and oversaw the major business dealings Ruolan could not address herself.

She once had a companionable relationship with Ruolan and Hao-yu, earned by her participation in the family business. She was also close with Yanmei, and worked from time to time alongside Peizhi.

Within the Campaign

Meilin, like the rest of her family, was taken by demonic influence and cast into black pumice stone. Since then, a demon has been formed in her image: one of two twins, this one wielding a long and vicious blade. She moves swiftly and brutally, and is able to pass through reflections to take her prey by surprise.
