The Sunsations are a fabled adventuring fellowship which began in the sand-swept streets of Shariz. The original Sunsations were forged in the crucible of the Emris Adventuring Guild and began their kinship through completing the Trials of the Sun. Though their ranks have changed over the years, and many have perished or passed on, the name Sunsations rings like thunder across Osira and beyond. They are remembered not just as warriors or wanderers, but as the very fire that reignited the kinship between the elemental realms.
They have walked the blistering dunes of Serrakhan, soared over The Skybound Shardlands, swam through sunken cities, survived The Shadowfell, and opposed ascendant gods with little more than conviction and a dream. In the Fifth Age, their legacy continues in the hearts of many—immortalized not only in the Hall of Heroes within the newly renamed Sunsations Adventuring Guild, but in the reshaped fate of Osira itself.

Odyssey of the Sunsations
- The Serpents Showdown: Uncovered the resurgent Snake Cult, tracked it to its nesting coils beneath The Sands of Serrakhan, and slew The Great Serpent, severing a long-lingering shadow from the desert’s spine.
- The Primarch Crisis: Accidentally released the Primarchs of the Sun from the Temple of the Seven Suns, sparking a cataclysmic arc that would culminate in the Conjunction of the Realms and the showdown within Promythean.
- Journey to the Shadowfell: Passed through the The Barren Badlands, into the Burned Woods, and finally to The Umbral Gateway, discovering the truth of Itela, Avatar Lumina’s fall, and the rift opened to The Shadowfell. Culminated in the Battle of the Four Armies and Valekith’s rise.
- The Great Northern Voyage: Crossed The Skybound Shardlands and journeyed to The Earth Realm, earning Avatar Terra's trust and completing the Trial of Bjorn in Grimhold. The Earthstone revealed the mythic truths of Avatar Umber, Avatar Rok, and the Elemental Schism which formed between the earth and The Sun Realm.
- Wrath of the World Eater: Dove into the Sea Realm (via the Seagate) to liberate Atla from Sahuagin invasion and Illithid infection, slayed the World Eater Serpent, and helped restore the shattered realm of Utgard with the aid of Vidarr Lonestorm and Avatar Typhon.
- Saving the Sultanate: Assisted Talyen in exposing Emr1s, the warforged vessel of Altair Emris’ lingering consciousness, and uncovering his betrayal of the Solir (see: The Star of Dawn). Then overthrew Sultan Hakim Atis (see: Sultans Showdown) and High Priest Ishmael (see: Shadow of the Sun's Eclipse), ushering in the Senate of the Sun.
- The Tides of Khaos: Journeyed to the Y’azi Peninsula across the eastern sea, trained in the Temple of Fujin and Temple of Raijin, and helped slay Varaghast Ghuul, sealing the Khaos Rift within the hollowed body of Skald, The Shattered. These efforts would also lead to The Trilateral Concord.
- Battle of the Black Sun: In their final odyssey, the Sunsations ventured to the Tomb of the Twin-Spirit, confronting Malekith/Valekith beneath a blood-red eclipse. Many perished, but the unity of all elemental realms and their avatars prevailed to stop the apocalypse which could have been.
Legacy
The Sunsations are no longer a group—they are a movement. A living memory. A brotherhood of the brave and broken-hearted, whose members have spanned from Serrakhanian gladiators to Faewyld nobility, from Skybound airships to sunken seabeds, to the final light beneath a blackened sun.
Statues of the fallen now stand immortal in the Hall of Heroes, their names etched in golden marble within the walls of the Sunsations Adventuring Guild. Their adventures have inspired reforms across Osiran civilizations and helped to uncover the history once thought lost to the sands of time.
To walk in their shadow is to walk in the footprints of living legends.
To bear their name is to burn bright with the fire of the sun.
