A vast chain of islands that stretched across the Shifting Blue north of Somnum, the Siren's Isles were never truly held by any Mortalkind power. Home to a variety of Fey, Beasts, and other terrible creatures, the archipelago was so named after the Siren lairs that tucked into many of its smaller islands. Their luring songs were often heard by those by passing ships, which caused chaos for the sailors who tried to navigate these waters.

In addition to these monstrous inhabitants, the Isles also had many known safe havens that harbored Human pirates and criminals. Easily defensible and only accessible through difficult-to-navigate routes, these havens allowed for a hard life on the Siren's Isles for those who had no other choice. These bandits regularly raided the Wyrmhorn Gulf, especially plundering Sycae-Scyceti for goods and the Cindersands for riches.

Long-lost legends spoke that the legendary sword Sunreaver had carved up the archipelago, which were once a great singular island. These same legends attributed the ownership of the sword to a single family, who ran a vast pirating and fencing network from the Isles until the sword was lost by Dharus Sunreaver. The artifact was later plundered from the Siren's Isles by nobility from Scil-Qallis, and would ultimately result in the founding of the Scycaen Imperium.
