The Travelers: A pantheon of living gods who ascended during The Reckoning when they defeated Areth and saved the Core for his tyranny. Their priests are called The Custodians, after the Goblin librarians of The Vault who first began worshipping The Travelers as gods, The Vault still being their largest temple. The Traveler's followers mostly worship all Travelers but most will have a favorite they pay extra attention to.

  • Maevin, the mistress of frost and arcane knowledge. Her custodians are often wizards or clerics of the War or Knowledge domains who have chosen their own evil to destroy.
  • Red, the keen, lord of the edge. Red's custodians are often lawyers, notaries and assassins, who seek to learn more about contracts and punish those who fail to uphold them.
  • Alvaro, the mysterious lord of shadows. Alvaro's custodians are as mysterious as their god and so are rarely seen. They fight alongside their lord in his unseen shadow war with the necromancers and abominations of Ilalokthramek over the very soul of the Void, seeking to create order where there was once only chaos.
  • Sessa, mistress of transformation, and CEO of Elements Unbound. Most of Sessa's custodians serve as managers and officers within her corporation although many also serve her in their own way throughout the core, their method of worship as changeable as their goddess. Sessa is also believed by some to have created a sentient race called the Plasmoids, many of whom worship her as their creator.
  • Myra, the kind, lady of wishes. Her custodians are often Bards, Druids and Clerics who strive to help and assist the unfortunate and worthy.
  • Diesa, protector of the dead, the twice dead. Her custodians are often Paladins and Clerics of the Grave domain, they travel throughout the core to cleanse necromancy and guide lost souls back onto the path.

The cosmic explosion: most Giff don't worship a specific god, instead they endeavor to recreate the explosion which breathed sentience into their species by any magical or non-magical method possibe, the most common being gunpowder. Since their emergence onto the interplanety scene they have learned this explosion was in fact the rebirth of Itoa after The Reckoning. As such some Giff might also worship The Travelers as prophets of the explosion.

The neverending currents:
The closest thing to a god Tritons worship is their queen, however they also believe in a more ethereal concept of the neverending currents which guide and shape their life path. Someone who has found their purpose and dedicates their life to it might be said to swim with the currents, while someone who is rebellious and refuses to take their proper place in society can be said to swim against the currents.

Ilalokthramek: Previously categorized as one of the old gods, however during Nightfall it was revealed Malgali Forlonde was his apprentice and he took control over the High Elves leading them onto a dark path of necromancy and void magic. Malgali and his followers have since founded The Eternal Dominion.

The Cabal: The daughters of Ilalokthramek who have led their father's followers since their father's ascension and their subsequent exile into the deep tunnels of the underdark below Hadira. They now resent their father for abandoning them. With the recent return of their mother Ithren they have led the Drow into out of the underdark and into the void aboard giant arkships.

  • Icharyd the Mistress of the web: fate, spiders.
  • Saradreza the Mistress of blood: vampires, undeath.
  • Vrynn’in the Mistress of the mind: mind control, mindflayers.
  • Tersiel the Mistress of pain: torture, pain.
  • Dala’el the Mistress of life: healing, body control.

The Masked Host: A pantheon of gods worshiped by the Wood Elves of Hadira and New Amet.

  • Ethor, God of Nature and Fire - Cycle of life, creation and destruction, order and chaos. From the ashes of death grow trees of life.
  • Ithren, Goddess of Creativity and Death - Innovation and stagnation, life and death. Immortality is found not in life but after. She was the wife of Ilalokthramek and there are rumours that her avatar is now also worshiped by the Drow.
  • Finde, Goddess of Wisdom and Perfection - Wisdom is knowing there is no perfection yet still to reach for it.
  • Ellartas, Goddess of the Arcane and Battle - Preparation and action, decisiveness and deliberation, force and subtlety. Take care even when you need to act now but do not dawdle even when you have time.
  • Celadir, God of Travel and Music - Future and past, away and home. Without discovering new things, you can’t appreciate what you already have.

Pythios and Agoras: The twin dragons of Fire and Ice worshiped by the Orcs of Gashuk on Twilight World. They believe Pythios and Agoras created life on their world by repeatedly freezing and boiling the world during their eternal fight. Like the primordial dragons they worship their followers are in an eternal mortal struggle.

The old gods: a collection of gods from Twilight World whose worshipers were all but exterminated by the Arethian Empire. Their worship was outlawed and only held alive in the furthest fringes of the empire like Hadira, since The Reckoning worship of all but Kiral and Ilalokthramek has become all but extinct.

  • Kiral, the defender: Abjuration, commonly depicted as a stout warrior wielding a large shield. Most notable for its Paladin order The Circle of Kiral who now police New Amet.
  • Samua, the creator: Conjuration, commonly depicted as a wise old man bearing a gift.
  • Sariel, the observer: Divination, commonly depicted as a cloud with eyes.

  • Ibilar, the unseen: Illusion, commonly depicted as the outline of a chameleon
  • Ilalokthramek, the void: Necromancy, never depicted or talked about, the absence of anything. Since The Reckoning and its resulting enlightenment the taboo on Ilalokthramek has waned, for better or worse. He is the patron god of the The Eternal Dominion
  • Maelik, the elder: Transmutation, commonly depicted as a golden tree bearing fruit.

The Three: The Three are the mythical fey gods of Kususha Pagoda where most of the Xi'lanian survivors sheltered from Nightfall. They remain a popular religion in New Amet and among the few hardy human survivors on Xi'lan.

  • Yaokami: Spirit of Change, monstrous half wolf/half fox. They personify change, trickery and predation.
  • Oya-Fu’ju: Mother Winter, fully naked ancient crone with a new transparant skin, curling claws and goats legs. She personifies the cold, death and greed.
  • Natsu-Jo: Summer queen = traditional fairy with Xi'lanian features. Her golden hair falls all the way to the ground in luxurious curls, she has yellow-orange-red tinted butterfly wings and wears a dress made out of blooming flowers. She personifies warmth, life and kindness.
