Gadof Blinsky

In Curse Of Strahd, Gadof met Pack, who were unsettled by his shop's wares but ended up purchasing from the toymaker anyway. He informed them that his dream was to own the greatest-ever toy invention, rumored to live in Castle Ravenloft; a clockwork man developed by legendary inventor Fritz von Weerg. Blinsky's colourful personality resonated with the adventurers, who purchased all of his available stock and pre-ordered more for the children of Saint Andral's Orphanage.

Gadof was the accidental, unwitting catalyst of the Riots Of The Blazing Sun, laughing at the Burgomaster's misfortune when he failed to light the wicker sun. He was sentenced to be hanged, but Atlas Atruvian rescued him in the nick of time by turning him into a gaseous form. Afterward, he floated over to his toy shop, which was protected by Shakti of the Wildhunt as fires raged across southern Vallaki; once the embers were quelled, Blinsky Toys was the only shop still standing in the neighborhood. 

With very few people visiting the burnt remains of his neighborhood, Blinsky worked out of his shop, but sold out of a cart he rolled up and down the Old Svalich Road twice a week. Business was significantly worse without the Vallakovich's contracts and Izek's departure, and he managed to sell very few toys, not helped by Piccolo's general hatred of the public. 

After the Lighting Of The Silver Beacon, Blinsky joined a mob under Fiona dedicated to investigating Argynvostholt. However, he and the rest of the mob retreated upon seeing Ten-Zras chasing Strahd von Zarovich down the mountain in a display far beyond mortal magic. Nonetheless, witnessing this horrifying visage gave Blinsky new toy ideas, and he quickly got to work.

When the Heralds of Dawn rolled into town masking as Vistani, a disguised Ghalwin of the Grove purchased Blinsky's entire cart in one go, but did not have time to actually see the toys he had purchased. They later returned, and despite their better judgement, made Blinsky one of the new mercantile leaders of the town in the Silver Dawn Of Vallaki, where he made poor governing judgements until the Slaying Of Strahd.
