Meera Raheer

Growing up in Upper Cliffsunder, Meera was a keenly witted and perceptive childWhen Meera was young, her kindhearted and upstanding mothers served as city clerks for the Whiteharbour Academy. However, when they began investigating financial irregularities, an unscrupulous professor on the academy's council framed them for embezzlement to cover his own corruption. The only evidence of the Raheers' innocence was a packet of letters between the councilor and his conspirators, locked in the Wizard's office and protected by Spellcraft.

Luckily for the Raheers, a crew of Golden Vault operatives infiltrated the Whiteharbour Academy, retrieved the letters, and revealed the councilor's crimes. The Raheers kept fighting against government corruption, and Meera grew up to follow in her parent's footsteps. Continuing their anti-corruption work, she became a city clerk serving Cliffsunder's Port-Lords, and a member of the Golden Vault.

A rule-follower by nature, Meera learned, lived, and breathed her city's protocols, procedures, and statutes. She also believed that doing the right thing meant occasionally operating outside the law, especially in a city so corrupt under the ruling house Helefir.
