Rhoya Quickfeather was a child of Khazalet, and a natural Ranger, Horsewoman, and diplomat. As a young woman, she joined the Riders of Khazalet, but left the militia after a few years when she was approached by the proprietor of the Roc's Nest. In the following years, she became famous across the Commona Tybus Steelborn, training under him and honing her skills in dangerous situations.
When she returned, Rhoya proved herself to be the individual best-suited to defend her city. She rejoined the Riders, and within the span of months, was promoted to become the First Rider of Khazalet. Under her stewardship, the city thrived; she brokered legislation that brought trading clans to the city from across the Isilet Ranges and Dotted Plains, earning her an exceedingly good diplomatic reputation.
Rhoya's new position made her responsible for handling inter-League affairs with the Khazalet Torchbearer Ukaad-Ogu Kessarum in the Council of Commonlight. She often spent time consulting him in Emblem, rarely leaving the Court of the Torch, as the Torchbearer valued both her insight as well as her intimate knowledge of their shared home. When not in her Khazalet, she delegated her position's bigger issues to Second Rider Ostrog Tuskbreaker and left the minutiae to Third Rider Yannick Azizi.
